  • How do I place my order?

    • Step 1: Click on the category of your choice
    • Step 2: Select the product of your choice
    • Step 3: Click on BUY NOW
    • Step 4: Click on CHECKOUT where you will be asked to complete the details of your order and place your order successfully.
  • How do I sign up for a Beauty Cherie account?

    • Beauty Cherie offers flexible sign in/sign up options. You can either sign up for a Beauty Cherie account by providing your name, email address, phone number and password, or else through your facebook account.
  • I cannot complete my registration, what do I need to do?

    • Contact our support team, explain the issue you faced in detail. You can either email us on beautycherie.co@gmail.com or call us on +91 9940555464. We are happy to assist you.
  • Do I have to have an account to place an order?

    • Yes, you need to create an account on Beauty Cherie to make your shopping experience swift and simple. You can enjoy rating and reviewing our products as per your experience, you can also check your previous orders that are pending and also be able to cancel and refund if you may want to.
  • I forgot my password, what can I do?

    • In case you forgot your password, you can request your password to be sent to the email address you have previously registered with us by clicking the Forgot Password link. You will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. We strongly recommend that you change this at your earliest convenience.
  • Can I buy multiple products in a single order?

    • Yes, you can purchase multiple products at a time. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping.
  • Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?

    • The products labelled as "Out of Stock" are not immediately available for purchase. However, we will notify you as soon as the product is available. We will send you a notification email as soon as the product is back in stock. Remember, this can only be done if you have a Beauty Cherie account and are signed in at the same time.
  • Why my order payment was rejected?

    • There may be different reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following steps.
      • Check with your bank to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account
      • check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date
      • In some cases, you may have recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed, so please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case.
      • Check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card
  • How do I make changes to my order?

    • Changes to the content of your order can be made by you at any point while placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to those content. Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please call our Customer Care Team as soon as possible on +91 9940555464. Please note that at this time we will be unable to guarantee successful cancellation of the order and advise that you check your order carefully before you confirm.
  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?

    • We are unable to ship to multiple shipping addresses in a single order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a different order for each delivery address.
  • What payment types do you offer?

    • For Indian orders: You can pay for purchases using the Debit/Credit card, Netbanking methods as well as a variety of Wallets such as Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay etc. For International Orders: You can pay for purchases using Paypal and Credit Card only.
  • How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online payment on Beauty Cherie?

    • We use the Paypal and PayU payment gateway for all card payments and also for Netbanking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. You'll be redirected to your individual bank's page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or SecureCode password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on our site.
  • Is VAT (Value Added Tax) & GST (Goods & Services Tax) included?

    • Yes, we will charge VAT & GST on all online orders. All prices shown are GST inclusive
  • I am having some issues on the site. What advice can you give me to successfully place my order?

    • Please contact our Customer Care on +91 9940555464 and we will be happy to talk you through and help you solve any issues you may be experiencing.
  • Can I place my order over the phone?

    • Yes, we are happy to take your order over the telephone. Please contact us on +91 9940555464, we are happy to assist you. There may be certain products and promotions not available when ordering over the phone but we will try our best to advise on suitable substitutes.
  • What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    • Beauty Cherie currently doesn't support COD. However, we are planning to integrate the cash on delivery option soon by considering the convenience of our customers.
  • How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promotional code on my order?

    • When you have clicked on the 'Checkout' button, you will be directed to a section where you can enter your Gift Voucher/Promotional code. On entering the code, the valid amount/offer will automatically be applied to your order. You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using your chosen form of payment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • How does the delivery process work?

    • Beauty Cherie's shipping operations are taken care of by our reputed courier partners, and the items are shipped from Chennai location. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can refer the tracking id to track the status of your order.
  • What is the range of locations to which we ship our products?

    • For India Orders:

      We ship products to almost every serviceable pin codes in the country. Anyhow, the shipping charges are decided according to the weight of your order and the delivery method.

      For International Orders:

      We ship internationally across the borders. Anyway, the shipping and handling charges are supposed to be varied with respect to the shipping destination.
      Note- Orders that are shipped to countries outside of India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be taken care of by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

  • How Can I track my order?

    • Usually, we dispatch most orders within 24 hours (Sundays and public holidays are an exception). You can track your order from your Account section to get an update on the progress of your order. For your convenience, there is a Track Your Order tab which allows you to see the exact status of your order in real time.
  • How are the items packaged at Beauty Cherie?

    • Beauty Cherie gives serious attention to every aspect of your order. Each product in your order is first bubble wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton. Moreover, fragile items like bottles are safely safeguarded with additional bubble wrap.
  • Does Beauty Cherie have any physical stores?

    • No, Beauty Cherie currently has no physical store locations. However, you can avail our pure natural products from our web store.
  • By when can I expect delivery of my order?

    • Domestic Orders- All domestic orders will be processed within 1 business day. And you can expect the product delivery with 3-10 business days. However, for remote locations, this may take between 10-12 working days.

      International Orders- All International orders will be processed within 1 business day. The order can be expected to be delivered within 5-10 working days.
  • What do I need to know about my order delivery?

    • The order will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. We highly recommend that you take your order delivery yourself as Beauty Cherie takes no responsibility for a delivery receipt signed by an alternative person anyway.
  • What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

    • We always try our best and are cautious about fulfilling your orders without any errors. However, in case of any issues, please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.

EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATIONS

  • What is your Online Return Policy?

    • We don't accept product return on any products, but allows you to request the exchange of the product if
      1. you place the order twice by mistake;
      2. you receive a product that you have not ordered
      3. you order the wrong item by mistake.
  • How do I cancel my order?

    • Cancellation before shipment: You can cancel your order by clicking the cancel order option given in your account section.

      Cancellation post shipment: Contact our support team on +91 9940555464 (Timings: 10am-7pm IST) for assistance.
  • How will I get a refund for my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

    • Beauty Cherie doesn't accept product return on any orders. However, you can request a product exchange if
      1. you place the order twice by mistake;
      2. you receive a product that you have not ordered
      3. you order the wrong item by mistake.
